The Prize

A one-month residency, all-expense paid fellowship at the Writers' Colony at Dairy Hollow, Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is awarded annually to a composer/songwriter of demonstrated ability.

The Fellowship

This fellowship is underwritten by Crow Johnson and Arthur Evans, whose intention is to foster the appreciation, understanding, preservation, and enjoyment of music in the spirit of Crow's father, composer Forrest Goodenough.

Applications

Applications must be received by November 15, 2008. Applicants will be notified of their application status no later than January 15, 2009. Fellows may take their residency in the month of their choosing, within the 12 months following their selection.
