About the event

WCDH is proud to bring Bill McCloud back to WCDH for our May Poetluck. Bill McCloud is a poetry editor for the Right Hand Pointing literary journal and is the poetry

reviewer for Vietnam Veterans of America. His poetry book, The Smell of the Light, published

by Balkan Press, reached #1 on The Oklahoman’s “Oklahoma Bestsellers” list. His poems have

appeared in Oklahoma Today and the Oklahoma English Journal, and dozens of them are taught

at the University School of Milwaukee, WI. They are also discussed in a Creative Writing course

at the University of Tulsa and an English class at the Air Force Academy. He has presented
