Linda Hager Pie Workshop

Just in time for thanksgiving Linda will demonstrate how to create a Tarte Tatin the French upside down apple pie, a French Silk Pie and a Sweet Potato Pie with Praline Pecan Sauce. Linda will take you step by step from crust to filling with instructions on how you can prepare these treats ahead of time to make Thanksgiving day so much easier. She will also have pre-prepared pies to try at the workshop so you can have a taste of each without waiting for them to cook.
