We were fortunate to have George Plautz from Salt Lake City as a writer in residence for 27 nights recently. He is working on a musical about reclusive artist/photographer Vivian Maier, but being in the Culinary Suite inspired him to compose this Spaghetti alla Nerano recipe based on one from the CNN series, "Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy."
