Official Rules
1. Eligibility
Eligibility Open to U.S. residents age 18 or older. Current WCDH newsletter subscribers, employees, WCDH alumni, board members, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Sweepstakes Period
Entries accepted from March 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CDT through July 31st, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CDT.
3. How to Enter
    • Click the “Enter to Win” button on this page to complete the entry form and be added to our newsletter.
    • Alternative Entry (No Subscription Required): Mail your name, email, and phone number to:
      WCDH Newsletter Sweepstakes Entry, 515 Spring Street, Eureka Springs, AR 72632.
      Mail‑in entries must be postmarked by July 31st.
      Limit one entry per person.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a complimentary 3-night residency stay at The Writers’ Colony at Dairy Hollow (ARV $450). The prize includes accommodations in a private suite with a writing desk and private bath, access to the Colony’s fully stocked pantry for breakfast and lunch, and a chef-prepared European-style communal dinner on weekday evenings. The stay must be redeemed between November 1st, 2026 and February 28th, 2027, subject to availability. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Airfare and transportation are not included.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The random drawing will take place sometime in August 2026. We reserve the right to select the exact date of the drawing within that month.
The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days or an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Odds
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
8. Privacy
Information collected is used for Sweepstakes administration and WCDH communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
