Jana Jones

Jana was born in the Czech Republic, where she learned to cook from her grandmother. She moved to Eureka Springs in 1992, where she and husband J.R. operated The Daily Planet, an Internet cafe, for five years. She worked in area restaurants for several years before starting at The Writers’ Colony in 2007 as a volunteer. She started cooking in 2010 and now delights in spoiling resident writers.
