Shira is a 2-D artist, small business owner, and passionate community advocate rooted right here in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. As co-owner of the beloved Evening Shade Inn, Shira has built a reputation for creating spaces that feel like home — warm, intentional, and full of heart.

She brings that same spirit to everything she does — whether serving on the Eureka Springs CAPC, supporting local artists, or creating her own beautiful work as a visual artist.

We couldn’t be more excited to have Shira joining our WCDH family. Her love for community, creativity, and connection makes her the perfect fit for welcoming writers from near and far to our little corner of the world.
